Today I weighed in at 205 lbs. 1 pound up from last week. Yes it is all my fault because I did not do a great job choosing my food and only made time for exercise once. Hope to have better news next week.
Don't beat yourself up! One thing I noticed when my husband was (still is) dieting was when he had an off week he would get all upset and let it go even further. Once he realized- it is what it is I can't change it now but I can do it better this week- he really got over this hump. Good luck this week on exercising and choosing the right foods! You can do it!
